Come check out the new Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians Exhibit, available to view on Wednesday, October 22 and after!

Covering three main topic areas: Traditional Heritage, European Contact, and Modern Pokagon Culture, this exhibit contains ancestral items, modern artwork, and stories of our local Potawatomi Tribe!

This exhibit was created with co-curator, Dr. John N. Low.

Dr. John N. Low received his Ph.D. in American Culture at the University of Michigan, and is an enrolled citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. He is also the recipient of a graduate certificate in Museum Studies and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. He is an award winning author and retired Professor Emeritus from the Ohio State University and former Director of the OSU Newark Earthworks Center.
