The Annual Meeting & Dinner will highlight NBHM’s upcoming Potawatomi Exhibit. This program will detail the creation of this exhibit, as well as the history and culture of the local Potawatomi tribe from the exhibit’s co-curator, Dr. John N. Low.
Dr. Low received his Ph.D. in American Culture at the University of Michigan and is an enrolled citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. He is also the recipient of a graduate certificate in Museum Studies and Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan. He is an award-winning author and retired Professor Emeritus from Ohio State University and former Director of the OSU Newark Earthworks Center.
